Description:
The Customer Support Analyst provides front line and backline domain (product knowledge) support to customers requiring assistance on product related questions. Successful applicant will manage customer issues through resolution or escalation and coordination with members of the support team. Candidate must have the ability to handle complex product issues and serve as a resource to other support specialists. Ability to provide assistance in web based training and remote consulting arrangements.
Requirements:
- Degree in business or computer related field is preferred.
- 4 years of product support or systems engineering experience.
- In depth understanding of business accounting.
- In-depth experience in core business processes such as Accounting, Billing, Payroll, CRM
- Experience with Great Plains, AccPac or equivalent financial package.
- Analytics / Business Intelligence: Knowledge of MS Analysis and MS Reporting Services or equivalent BI technology.
- Database Skills: An understanding of MS SQL Server would be considered an asset.
- IIS: Knowledge of Microsoft IIS would be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills, focused on understanding and addressing customer needs
