Tenrox, the Enterprise Optimization Company, is pleased to announce that it will be presenting a sneak preview of its soon-to-be-released version 8 of Tenrox solutions for ACCPAC.
Designed and priced to address the needs of the ACCPAC community, Tenrox software offers a new and improved seamless and live data integration with ACCPAC. Tenrox Release 8 offers distinguishing features, which include 100% web-based, fast, intuitive, and zero refresh interface, date based real-time cost/billing, batch invoicing, multi-currency, and multiple-tax support. With this release, Tenrox offers the following ACCPAC solutions: Time & Attendance, Time & Billing, Time & Expense, and Expense. Each solution allows ACCPAC users to easily synchronize and update General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and US or Canadian Payroll modules in ACCPAC, as well as ACCPAC CRM.
While ACCPAC handles financial and CRM information, Tenrox manages people, projects, and business processes more efficiently by automating repetitive tasks, tracking actuals (time and expense), centralizing internal business process activity, and generating detailed, real-time analysis reports to analyze operations and to immediately reduce costs, meet budgets, and improve project and service delivery.
“Tenrox solutions for ACCPAC is a demonstration of our ongoing commitment to develop specialty products that respond to specific channel requirements," explains Albert S. Bitton, Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Channel Sales for Tenrox. “These solutions allow organizations to quickly improve productivity by reducing redundant, time-consuming administrative tasks such as timesheet submission and approval, expense reporting, credit card transaction approval, cost tracking and invoicing/charge back.”
Tenrox uses the ACCPAC Application-Programming Interface (API) to enable users to exchange information between Tenrox software and the ACCPAC Advantage Series. Preference lies with using ACCPAC API to deliver a “LIVE” integration over using file-based data exchanges, which are slower, more difficult to use, and error prone.
“We have previewed Tenrox release 8 for ACCPAC and I can honestly say that its level of integration encompasses features that will truly benefit our ACCPAC Advantage Series and CRM clients. We are looking forward to offer it as a part of our solutions,” Alan Perry, President, ASP Information Systems.
