Tenrox Unveils Release 8.3 of its Operational Control & Compliance Software Platform New Software Helps Customers Comply Faster While Optimizing Work

Tenrox today announced the availability of Release 8.3 featuring advanced integration with all major financial and project management applications, as well as enhanced project and portfolio governance capabilities for more effective internal control, rapid reporting, and compliance with regulations including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Release 8.3 is a modular, integrated operational control and compliance software offering workforce management, time and billing, expense reporting, invoicing/charge back, project accounting and business process management. 

Other new features/enhancements include:

• A completely pre-integrated requisitioning and purchasing module – enables users to quickly request and approve capital and expense items; multiple requisitions can be mapped into a single purchase order to be sent to suppliers. The module includes self-service features and a visually configured role-based approval process.
• Offline timesheets and expense reports – enables users to receive their timesheets/expense reports through email in HTML format and submit it later for processing.
• New line item project manager approval for expense reports – feature ensures that each transaction within an expense report is approved by the project manager of the project associated to the expense entry.
• Advanced integration with Microsoft Project Server.
• Out-of-the-box integration with ADP Payroll, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, and Navision.

Release 8.3's enhanced governance capabilities, which include line of business management dashboards and analysis reports, provide audited, institutionalized and managed project processes such as project initiation, risk assessment, issue tracking, as well as scope definition, verification, and control. The software automates financial processes, such as revenue recognition policy and work in progress reporting, for billable projects and tracking costs for R&D or capitalized projects.
