Tenrox Launches Online Community where Project Workforce Management Users can Connect, Share and Network
Project Workforce Management Community provides Multiple, Real-Time Interactive Discussion Venues for Users, Peers and Partners.
Glendale, California - May 14, 2009
Tenrox, the leading provider of on-demand project workforce management solutions, today announced that is has launched a global, online community where users of its project management software can network with peers and share their ideas with each other and the company. The community allows users to participate in discussions revolving around best practices, product-related features, implementation, and future improvements.
The Tenrox online community provides a collaborative environment between company experts, partners, thought leaders in the project management and professional services industry, and current Tenrox users. Providing several venues for communication, it is comprised of an Online Forum, a Blog written by Tenrox CEO, Rudolf Melik (www.TalentonTarget.com), a link to the Tenrox Support section, and direct links to the company’s social media sites such as LinkedIn Project Workforce Management, Tenrox Twitter, and Twitter for Project Management.
"With this community, Tenrox is providing real-time, easily accessible collaborative information for its customers and peers,” explains Mounir Hilal, VP of Professional Services at Tenrox. “It allows us to come together to share and exchange ideas, learn from one another and respond to requests from our users and of those working in project-based teams.”
The Forum, designed primarily as a resource center for Tenrox software users, is also available to registered non-users and/or prospective clients as a place where they can post questions about the software or find information about the project workforce management space. The forum discussion is role-based and offers various sections for the client community including sections named: Products and Features, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Technology & Architecture, Methodology & Best Practices, and a Suggestion Box.
The ultimate goal for the Tenrox community is to facilitate a marketplace conversation through which the company’s clients and prospects can help each other become more productive and successful in their professional services and project workforce management deliverables. This type of interactive conversation helps build relationships amongst peers and helps Tenrox innovate its offering based on user feedback. About Tenrox
