Tenrox Announces Stephan Yazedjian as an Independent Board Member

Tenrox, the leading provider of web based project management software solutions, today announced that Stephan Yazedjian has joined its board as an independent, non-executive director.
“Mr. Yazedjian’s extensive years of experience in managing growth and in the technology field will be a huge asset to our Board of Directors,” said Tenrox CEO, Rudolf Melik. “Stephan’s proven leadership as an executive will be instrumental
as we look to expand our position in the project management industry and continue our growth.”
Mr. Yazedjian has more than 20 years of global leadership in an international context. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mecachrome from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, he held senior investment banking positions at Scotia Capital Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Yazedjian was Vice-President at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Mr. Yazedjian is a director of Alyotech Canada Inc. since 2005. He is also Vice President of the fundraising committee of the Fondation Autisme de Montréal since 2006, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with autism. He was also the President of the fund raising committee for Procure, a non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against prostate cancer. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Yazedjian was a lecturer at McGill University and Concordia University business schools in finance, accounting and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Yazedjian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and is a CA, CPA, MBA and is a Chartered Business Valuator.
