Elite Technology Solutions Replaces Spreadsheets with “Intuitive and Flexible” Tenrox Project Management Software

Elite Technology Solutions will initially deploy the Tenrox time and expense tracking, cost and revenue accounting, and analytics modules to 15 users in the company. Using the Tenrox on-demand solution, the company’s consultants should be able to accurately report and capture time and expenses, resulting in a more effective and efficient billing and invoicing process for the company’s clients, which range from financial services to manufacturing companies. In addition, the software should speed up the company’s billing processes and improve its cash flow.

According to Dennis Fujka, IT Director for Elite Technology Solutions, reliance on spreadsheets to track consultants’ hours had become too cumbersome and time consuming. “I spent significant time organizing the various timesheets, reminding consultants to submit their hours, and figuring out how to translate the reports into invoicing rather than addressing business needs. Tenrox is great because it should make it easy to track hours and automatically alert consultants that their timesheets are due. It also should allow us to track hours against budgets and notify us when we hit certain marks, such as 30 or 50 percent of budget. That should help us make informed, strategic decisions on how to manage projects in a timely manner, rather than waiting to adjust after the fact,” Fujka says.

After researching more than a hundred options and narrowing it down to three choices, the Ohio-based company chose Tenrox because of its intuitive interface, flexible solutions, and overall value. “All of our consultants work remotely, and we need to be able to share project scope documents and other information.
