Management Consulting Firm NouvEON Chooses Tenrox to Streamline Operations and Support Growth

Charlotte, North Carolina-based management consulting firm NouvEON has selected the Tenrox Project Workforce Management solution to improve its time & expense tracking and resource planning capabilities. The move came in response to NouvEON’s staff growing by 375% over the last two years.

“Manually tracking time and expenses with spreadsheets was fine when we were smaller, but as we grew that process became cumbersome and hard to manage,” says R.J. Fabian, Director, Solutions Quality and Processes. He adds, “Tenrox gives us a solution that can handle everything we need now and can scale with us as we continue to grow.” The company has plans to more double annual revenue in the current year.

In addition to improving the accuracy of its time tracking and invoicing, Fabian estimates that Tenrox will save the company up to two days of data inputting and processing each week. When fully implemented, the solution will utilize integration between Tenrox and QuickBooks Online.

Tenrox was chosen over its competitors based on cost, ease of use, and resource planning capabilities. “We do a lot of forecasting, so Tenrox is going to put information at our fingertips that used to take several days to pull together,” Fabian says.
