Processia Solutions Implements Tenrox Cloud-Based Professional Services Automation to Manage Continued Growth

Glendale, California - January 6, 2012

Processia Solutions, with offices in Canada, France and the United Kingdom, has chosen Tenrox cloud-based, workflow-driven professional services automation (Tenrox Cloud PSA) to improve project management, resource scheduling, project billing and payroll processing. The Laval, Quebec-based company, which provides consulting services and highly specialized product lifecycle management solutions to manufacturers, has doubled its revenue in the past twelve months and is forecasting the same in the coming year.

Tenrox will also be integrated with a Payroll Service when Processia switches to a global payroll system in 2012. The resulting automation is expected to reduce man-hours for payroll processing by 75%. In addition, the Tenrox system will be integrated with a to-be-determined accounting package.

“Tenrox Cloud PSA not only gives us automated access to timely, accurate project data but is also perfectly configured to our existing workflows without customization—so it’s really the perfect solution for our needs,” said Vincent Fraser, chief executive officer.

Previously Processia had relied on a competing timesheet application, manually prepared spreadsheets, and a proprietary solution for tracking project status and other key performance indicators. However, this system resulted in process inefficiencies, errors and lacked adequate automated reporting and audit trails. These issues will be remedied by Tenrox’s Time & Expense, Project Cost & Billing, Resource Management & Scheduling and Analytics modules.

Tenrox Cloud PSA is currently being used for project and resource management and invoicing for all of Processia’s North American clients. Its European offices will be added to the system in 2012.
