Tenrox Cloud-Based Professional Services Automation Is Key to Improved Efficiency for Pepperweed Consulting

IT systems integrator Pepperweed Consulting has selected Tenrox cloud-based professional services automation (Tenrox Cloud PSA) to increase efficiency of its growing business. Tenrox Cloud PSA’s Time & Expense, Project Cost & Billing, Resource Management & Scheduling, Revenue Manager, Project Planning, Work Process Management and Reporting & Analytics modules will provide Pepperweed with the tools to accommodate the company’s growth.

In addition to plans for integrating with QuickBooks, Pepperweed is taking advantage of the Tenrox Salesforce.com Quick Connect Technology. “We live and breathe Salesforce, so this integration allows us to follow a project in real time from the moment it becomes an opportunity through to client invoicing,” LaGrosse explained.
- Flexible revenue recognition. Tenrox can accommodate special cases and exceptions to established revenue rules. Pepperweed’s former system provided only one option that could not be changed.
- Reporting capabilities. Powerful, in-depth, customized, up-to-the-minute reports are now available with a few clicks.
- Improved user interface for salesforce.com users. Tenrox Quick Connect Technology is built on Salesforce.com’s Force.com platform, Pepperweed staff is presented with a familiar, intuitive interface that requires minimal training.
