Sandbox and Staging Environment
Tenrox Sandbox service provides you with fully replicated development, staging (testing), and training systems. The sandbox clones your entire Tenrox deployment – an exact replica snapshot that includes all your customizations, reports and data. This environment is managed in a separate infrastructure than your live production deployment, while benefiting from the same world-class security as your production system. It runs in parallel to the live environment for the duration of your term, giving you the ability to control system integrity and improve change management for your production environment.

Data Access
Tenrox Data Access services offer you the ability to gain secure access to your project workforce database. Our system engineers work with your security and connection experts to establish a direct secure private connection from your site to your sandbox environment. Tenrox Data Access service also provides you with Web SQL Database Manager and other online methods of data access and reporting.

User Authentication Services
Tenrox Cloud offers a variety of user authentication options including full support for Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). SAML is an XML standard that allows secure web domains to exchange user authentication and authorization data. Tenrox Cloud offers a new centrally managed Single Sign-On service that seamlessly integrates with your corporate SSO solution. Tenrox is fully plugged into all popular SSO solutions such as Active Directory. This state of the art cloud to on-premise user authentication is configured to meet or exceed your internal security and connectivity standards. To implement user authentication, as required, our certified Managed Services engineers work with your IT team to configure and setup the servers and firewalls that are used to establish the site to site connection.
