On site consultants can be made available to provide instructions on how to achieve an easy, fast and effective installation as well as to demonstrate the appropriate method for updating and maintaining time and project information. Training program includes installation, setup and step-by-step instructions to get your administrator(s) and users up and running quickly.

Consultants are available to guide you through the process of customizing our software to your business needs. A training specialist works with you to configure the system on-site and to deliver a program tailored to your specific requirements. A typical training session can take one or two days to cover all aspects of our software.

There are also three user guides available: the "Administrator Training Guide", "Manager Training Guide" and "User Training Guide". Each guides the user (based on their user profile) through the essential steps to using our software and to ensuring a simple and successful installation.
