we have identified in our own business in the hopes that this information will guide you to a successful New Year.

2007 has been a magnificent year for Tenrox and our customers. We completed a record number of successful customer projects. Our customers and project teams have learned how to avoid these patterns of failure and discovered how to emphasize, as well as, encourage these patterns of success.
We celebrate the coming of the New Year with all of you and wish you a happy and healthy 2008 filled with glory and distinction.

Year in Review
2007 has been a busy and successful one at Tenrox, here are some of the highlights:
In August, Tenrox published a second book, The Rise of the Project Workforce: Managing People and Projects in a Flat World authored by Tenrox CEO Rudolf Melik. Read the first chapter here. Available wherever books are sold.
Tenrox announced the release of version 9.2. This highly anticipated release includes new key features and enhancements recommended by our clients.
Tenrox On-Demand has earned a SAS 70 Type II certification. The Type II report is a rigorous audit of a company's control activities and operations, providing a worry-free alternative to using the Project Workforce Management solution.
A second hosting facility was opened in Los Angeles to substantiate fault tolerance and disaster recovery measures. Most importantly this site provides significant impact on the overall application performance.
April 2007 marked the launch of our Referral Partner Program. To date, we already have a directory of more than 60 Referral Partners located mostly throughout North America who regularly offer our combined solutions and services to their existing and potential clients.
On September 26-28 Tenrox hosted its 4th Annual User Group Conference in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, with record-setting attendance. Attendees and special guest speakers networked and shared their personal experiences. They exchanged tips and tricks about processes, project delivery, resource management, compliance, etc. and how leveraging the Tenrox solution helped them tackle some of their biggest business challenges.
