| Tips and Tricks |
1) Are you unable to add fields, formulas, images, or labels to a Report's
Data Section when its height is less than or equal to 22 pixels?
An HTML limitation prevents the addition of fields, formulas, images, or labels when the Report's Data Section height is less than or equal to 22 pixels. To resolve this problem, increase the height property of the Data Section so that it is greater than 22 pixels before adding any fields.
2) What is the difference between Suspending, Decommissioning, and
Deleting a User?
Suspending a user is mainly used for security purposes. Once the suspend check box is selected, the user will not be able to log on to the Tenrox application.
Decommissioning is applied to users that are no longer part of the organization. Note that decommissioning one user will free up one Tenrox license.
The difference between deleting and decommissioning a user is that once a user has been decommissioned, his/her records are kept for historical reporting. On the other hand, deleting a user will permanently remove all records associated with that user from the Tenrox database. Note that if the users you are trying to delete have associated posted entries (time, expense, etc.) then you will not be able to delete them.
3) Which WBS objects allow you to perform Segmentation Overriding?
There are five WBS objects that allow segmentation overriding for accounting integration, they are: Clients, Projects, Work Types, Tasks,
and Products.
