Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made no later than January 18, 2010. Any cancellation requests or no-shows after January 18, 2010, are ineligible for a refund. Substitution requests can be submitted by January 18, 2010 by contacting Taline Djerdjerian  at (877) 4-TENROX or usergroup@tenrox.com
